WHAT DOES YAMAHA 90 HP LIGHTWEIGHT OUTBOARD MEAN?

Here's exactly what the Yamaha prop selector came up with when I selected Max velocity given that the aim (backlink less than the picture). key bulb and repeat...no start...primary bulb all over again and maybe will start out, if not repeat yet again and may eventulally start out. I haven't tried out cranking with out priming the bulb initial beca
